Changing business strategies for a tough economy

In these tough economic times, Christmas Creations, Inc. a Crown Point, IN based company is still looking to grow their business in Northwest Indiana and throughout the Chicago Land area. We believe it is important to change our business strategy to meet the needs of our existing customers and potential clients. Many of our clients experienced significant business set backs this year, but they still want to celebrate Christmas in their traditional format and what would a Christmas celebration be without a beautifully decorated home in which to celebrate?

As our business has developed over the last few years we have learned how much can be saved by purchasing materials for our clients in bulk before the big rush in late October and early November. This year we have two programs that we are offering to allow our customers to benefit from these savings.

First to our existing and new clients who are looking for a fully customized design we are offering a flat 20% discount off of our regular price when they confirm their order by October 1st. For clients with large homes and extensive decorating needs, this will provide a savings of hundreds of dollars. In these difficult economic times we are hoping that customers from last year, business professionals and others planning to decorate their homes and businesses for Christmas will understand the value of planning now for their light display in order to save on their professional Christmas light installation this year.

Our second program is a group of three unique package deals offered to middle income families. To my knowledge we are the first Christmas Light display company to create a feasible offering to this market segment. Professional Christmas Light installation services in the past have been offered only to the elite, due to the costs involved with set up and material purchases. Unfortunatley many of the people who have the greatest need for professional Christmas Light installation services have not been able to afford them in the past. We are changing that this year. We are offering three package deals that all include lights on the roof line and a beautiful wreath with additional lights on the trees and shrubs included with the two upgraded prackages. These packages will be available for most homes under 2,500 square feet and range in price from $325.00 to $795.00 including materials, set up, maintenance, take down and storage. These packages still allow the client to customize everthing from what we decorate to the color of lights used throughout the display.
